The Fenestration and Glazing Industry Alliance (FGIA) 2025 Annual Conference will host several opportunities for those in the industry to network and meet with peers, whether experiencing a private tour at Kennedy Space Center; exploring innovative technologies through virtual reality devices or connecting during evening receptions. Register now to take advantage of these optional events February 17-20 in Orlando, FL.

“Networking is consistently listed as one of our members’ highest priorities when it comes to making the most of our conferences,” said Florica Vlad, FGIA Events Manager. “We have planned several chances for those in the industry to connect, built into a packed and exciting conference schedule. FGIA looks forward to meeting with you in Florida.”

Private Tour of the Kennedy Space Center

This private tour on Monday of space innovation offers exclusive access to restricted areas in the Kennedy Space Center. Tour participants will be guided through a close-up view of launch pads and the Vehicle Assembly Building and will walk through the Rocket Garden, Vehicle Assembly Building, Apollo and Saturn V Center and Space Shuttle Atlantis, ending at the Gateway Space. Participants will also have an option for a short free exploration before returning to the hotel.

Ignite Innovation | A Virtual Reality Experience

In line with FGIA’s conference theme, “Ignite Innovation,” FGIA will be offering a new virtual reality (VR) experience for all conference participants. Take the opportunity to try a VR headset and choose from three different experiences: Mission: ISS, which will transport users to space on board the International Space Station; TriptoVR, which allows participants to see different places from Cape Town to Tokyo as if they are there in person; and Golf+ West Coast Swing, with which users can compete at Torrey Pines South Course overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Two VR headsets will be available in a designated area near the registration desk for participants to use at any time during the conference.

Networking Receptions

In addition to the Annual Awards Ceremony and Reception Tuesday night, there are many other networking breaks built into the conference schedule. On Monday, a welcome reception will be held on the upper pool deck outside from 5:30-6:30 p.m. There will also be coffee breaks in the conference area on Tuesday and Wednesday from 8-10 a.m. and 1-3 p.m. On Wednesday evening, the conference’s closing reception will be held on the garden terrace outdoors from 5:30-6:30 p.m.

“Meals at FGIA conference are also a simple way to get to know fellow industry professionals,” said Vlad. “Members have told FGIA that even brief hallway conversations are also a simple but organic and effective way to connect with customers and industry experts.”

Conference Registration

FGIA members can take advantage of extended early-bird pricing through February 3 and register for the conference for $1,300, with registration available for $1,500 after that date. Non-members may register for $1,600 through February 3 and $1,800 after that date.
